Thomas Evans,82,passed away December 6, 2018 at his home in Layton, UT with family at his side. He was born June 19, 1936 in Milwaukee, WI to Henry A. and Neva Jenkins Evans.\n\nHe lived in Milwaukee until he was 8 years old. His family then moved to Orange County, CA where he graduated from high school and attended college. This is also where he married his first wife, Dorothy Evans. Their four children were born and raised in this area.\n\nTom worked for many years as a Sales Representative in the Aerospace Industry traveling across the states and Canada. Later, he owned and operated a full line pet store with grooming and kennels. He loved animals and often brought home orphaned kittens to help them survive with hand feeding and lots of love. After retiring he decided to go back to work, where he spent the last six years as a sales associate for the local Neighborhood Walmart. He enjoyed spending time with his children fishing and camping. He also loved to play golf, exploring Utah and skiing. Throughout his life, Tom loved making people laugh and smile, even during his last days.\n\nHe is survived by his Wife: Arlene; Children: Sandra Coulter (Gary), Karen Gibas (Jeff), Ellen Evans, Dean Evans (Kristina); Grandchildren: Cassie (Joe), Paige, Corey, Tanner, Christina, Michael, Ian, Chloe; Great Grandchildren: Vanity and Saria. He is also survived by his Step Children: Joe Tuason, Jay Tuason (Karen), Jackie Mobley (Paul), Jody Tuason (Cheryl) and 16 Step-Grandchildren and 9 Step-Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents and Siblings: Dean, Orrin, Ellen, Dale, Aurel, Janice and Billy.\n\nThe family will gather in a private celebration of his life. They ask that you honor Tom by doing some act of kindness for someone.
