Washington Terrace–Terry Weaver, 65, passed away 23 April 2015 at home after battling several serious medical conditions for the past 3 decades. She was born January 29, 1950 in Ogden, UT to A. Grant and Lorene Weaver.She graduated from Bonneville High School in 1968 and briefly attended Weber State College.Being a mother was her greatest happiness, her daughter Rachelle was always her top priority. Terry and Rachelle were the best of friends.Terry was always a hard worker. She enjoyed her jobs at Vince’s Hospital Drug (next door to her dad’s barber shop), Gibson’s, Wonderland Day Care for 20 years, and Step by Step Day Care until she became disabled. Terry valued the friendships she made while working.In addition to the day Rachelle was born, the happiest day of her life was the day her granddaughter Taegen was born. Taegen was the light of her life and filled the last 5 years of her life with pure joy.Terry was a member of the LDS Church and served on the activities committee.She is survived by her daughter, Rachelle Weaver; granddaughter, Taegen Weaver; Sisters, Lynne (Donald) Cummings, Debra (Jack) Kruger; three nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.The family would like to thank Utah Oncology, all of CNS, in particular her CNA Terrin, Kelly Diamond from Weber Human Services, for the great care they provided to Terry.Services will be held at the Washington Terrace 7th Ward, 4855 S. 300 W., Washington Terrace, UT 84405, Saturday, April 25th at 12:00, a viewing will be held same day from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Internment at Washington Heights Memorial Park.In-lieu of flowers a memorial account has been established in Rachelle Weaver’s name at Golden West Credit Union.
