Terry Joe "TJ" Fisher\nDecember 25, 1954 - January 15, 2023\n\nTerry Joe Fisher, 68, of Ogden, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023 of Parkinson's complications. \nTerry was born on Christmas day in 1954 to Royal Pierce Fisher and Alice Rufener.\nAfter graduating from Morgan High School, where he lettered in Varsity Football, Terry worked for FirEver Trees, Wonder Bread Bakery, Zion's Bank, FTI Trucking and Snow Basin including his involvement with the 2002 Olympics. Terry was the most loving considerate person. He was "there" for everyone and he was known as a kind and gentle man.\nHe loved skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved all the outdoors.\nTerry married Paula Rawlins in 1995. They, along with her deceased son, Jeremy John, "JJ", were sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on April 11, 1996.\nTerry "retired" from his many careers in 2002. He had suffered a serious brain injury, followed by a back injury, both of which placed him on disability along with Parkinson's.\n"TJ" was preceded in death by his parents, Royal and Alice Fisher; brother, Lynn; sister, Shannon; sister-in-law, Colleen, and his brother-in-law, Dee.\nHe is survived by his eternal mate, Paula, dear friends, his sister-in-law, Carolyn; his siblings; Diann, Art, Blaine, Bob, Alison, and all their families.\nA brief viewing will be held at 11am, Thursday, January 26, 2023, at Provident Funeral Home. Located at 3800 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT 84403, just prior to the Grave Dedication at Noon at the Ogden City Cemetery. Church services will then be held at 1:00pm at the Eccles Park Ward 1029 26th Street (Jackson Ave).
