Unexpectedly Teri Jayne Henderson Anderson returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday March 7, 2015 after a two year battle with breast cancer. She was surrounded by her three children, Crystal Rugh, Benjamin Anderson and Shawn Harwood She will be greatly missed.Teri was born in Ogden Utah to Reed H. Henderson and Marjorie Alice Weaver Henderson. She was the seventh child of nine. She was a lovely brown eyed baby who immediately had to fight against disease. She was a happy active child attending Grand View Elementary, Mount Ogden Junior High and graduated from Ogden High School in 1975. She worked at various jobs in the Clearfield area including Max Factor as a forklift operator and a janitor.Teri married Dean Anderson in January 1975. They had two children together. They were later divorced. Teri also has a son Shawn Harwood. She loved being with her children and enjoying their company. She recently was able to go to Disneyland and St. George with her siblings.Teri was preceded in death by her parents Reed and Marjorie Henderson, her sister Maryelyne, her mother in law Aletha Dustin, nephew Zach White, grandparents, and aunts and uncles.Teri is survived by her three children, Crystal and Terry Rugh, Benjamin and Shauntae Anderson Shawn Harwood, siblings Peggy Henderson (Concord, CA), Bruce and Sherrie Henderson (West Haven), Kay and Leon Peterson (Malta, Idaho), Robin and Bill Parent (Riverdale), Heidi and Tracy Welch (North Salt Lake), Tate Henderson (Ogden) and Lori and Lance Stalcar (Pueblo, CO). She is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews who loved her.The family would like to thank Dr. Jason Stinnett and all his staff for the continuing care of Teri. We would also like to honor Heidi and Tracy Welch and Robin and Bill Parent for the loving support they provided Teri during her illness.Private Family viewing will be Friday March 13, 2015 at 12:30. Graveside services for friends and family will be held at Washington Heights Memorial Gardens 4500 South Washington Blvd., Ogden at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations are requested for the family funeral fund.
