\n\n\n\nRuth Lynne Clyde, 58 passed away at McKay-Dee Hospital surrounded by her family on October 2, 2021, from complications of Covid. \n\nRuth was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was raised in the small town of Dugway, Utah by Lynne and Merril “Dee” Jensen. She graduated from Dugway High School in 1981 and later attended Snow College. She worked primarily in customer service up until she was diagnosed with kidney failure from lupus. \n\nRuth enjoyed spending time in nature riding ATVs, going for scenic drives, fishing, and camping. She always enjoyed the holidays and any day that resulted in a family gathering. She was happiest when spending time with Tom—her husband of 28 years, her daughters, and her many grandchildren. \n\nShe is survived by her husband Thomas Clyde, sister Janet Belcher, brother Gary Jensen, daughters Shelly Grattan, Seana Grattan, Sandy Christiansen (Barry), Susan Grattan, and her many grandchildren.\n\nShe is preceded in death by her parents Merril Jensen, Lynne Jensen, stepson Nathan Clyde, and stepdaughter Andrea Clyde.\n\nServices will be held on October 16th at 12 p.m. at The LDS Church 122 S State St, Fairview, UT 84629. Friends and family can meet to pay respects from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the same day.
