Richard Darrell Rose II, 29, passed away unexpectedly August 19, 2015 at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT following a Brain Aneurysm. He was born April 28, 1986 in Berkeley, CA to Richard Darrell and Nannette Ruth Espen Rose.He spent his earlier years in California and moved to Utah at the age of 15. He attended Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum and received his GED from the Job Corps. He was currently attending Eagle Gate College to obtain a degree in Business Management in addition to working full time at the Hershey Company in the Machine Maintenance Dept.Richard was a member of the Baptist Church. He loved to play the Magic Card Game, camping, hiking and playing basketball and football.The family would like to express appreciation to Dr. Parks and the Staff at the NCCU 3rd floor at University of Utah Hospital for the care they gave to Richard. They would like to also thank Elika Edmonds and Edwin Edmonds for being in Richards life and special thanks to Julie Rose and her daughters Amy and Amber for traveling from California to support the family and also special thanks to Joshua Watkins.Richard is survived by his Parents: Richard Darrell Rose and Nannette Ruth Espen Rose; siblings: Robert Patrick Rose and NancyAnn Joyce Louise Lee Rose; Grandmother Nellie lee Bibbs and nephew Alex DeWayne Allen. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Matthew Joseph Espen, Betty Louise Brookshire Espen, Lorene Joyce Gearhart and Niece Jessica LeeAnn Scott.\n\nThe family would appreciate memorial contributions be made to help cover the funeral expenses.
