Martin David Sullivan, 56, passed away February 2, 2016 at the Heritage Care Center in Roy, Utah with his family by his side. He was born July 9, 1959 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania to Francis and Barbara Rehrig Sullivan.He attended schools in Pottsville, Pennsylvania and graduated in the Class of 1977 from Pottsville High school. During his time in High School he was active in the band and played the Tuba.Martin enlisted in the United States Air Force right out of High School. He served during the Gulf War. Following his retirement from the Air Force he went to work as a civilian for the U. S. government. He first worked for Boeing in Saudi Arabia and then came to Utah where he worked for Hill Air Force Base.He loved Fishing and building and flying Remote Control Air Planes and was happiest when he could sit back and relax while playing his guitar. He also went to Taxidermy School and became a very accomplished Taxidermist.Martin was known as an easy going person with a great sense of humor. He enjoyed watching football games with his football buddy, his mother Barbara, sitting side by side in their recliners.He is survived by his Mother, Barbara Sullivan and his Brother, Robert Sullivan. He was preceded in death by his Father.At Martin’s request no formal services will be held. The family asks that you remember Martin by doing something nice for someone else to honor him.
