Our mother Margie Lucile Jensen Apedaile passed away on October 14, 2021, at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Margie was born on May 24, 1940, to William Richard Jensen and Bertha Marie Sudbury Jensen in Salt Lake City, Utah.\n\nMargie grew up in Salt Lake City, where she attended West High School. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. On September 3, 1961, she married KR (Dick) Apedaile in Elko, NV. They were married for 59 years. They lived in Salt Lake City and were snow birds in Salome, Arizona.\n\nMargie was a very talented seamstress. She also loved to knit and crochet. Many have been blessed to receive an afghan or a set of her hot pads and dish cloths. She also loved to spend time with her family.\n\nMargie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother Mont Jensen.\n\nShe is survived by her son Dick (Allison) Apedaile; daughter Denise (Al) Begay, along with six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.\n\nAs per her wish, no services will be held.\n\nA special thank you to the care team at Huntsman Cancer Institute.
