Margie (Marge) Jenene Spaulding Ross, 66 passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on January 14, 2017. Marge was born September 6, 1950 in Ogden, Utah to Ralph D. and Emma L. Spaulding. On June 4, 1996 she married her best friend and soul mate Clarence (Barney) Ross. Together they have shared homes in Ogden, Harrisville and Plain City, Utah.Marge attended Ogden City schools, graduating in 1968 from Ogden High School. Marge loved camping, riding ATV’s, playing cards with Barney, craft shopping, Halloween, watching scary movies, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.Marge is survived by her loving husband Clarence (Barney) Ross, sisters; Jean Packard and Mary Niel, children; Justin Ellison, Robyn (Alvin) Heckman, Kristie Barney and Teena (Todd) Manning. Seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren with one more on the way and many nieces and nephews.Marge was preceded in death by her parents Ralph D. and Emma L. Spaulding and brother Marvin Spaulding.The family would like to thank the ICU neurology staff at Intermountain Medical Center, best friends Billie and Phil Coxey and would also like to thank Scott and Kenny Ross (Barney’s nephews) for the amazing priesthood blessing that they presented prior to her returning to our Heavenly father.“If I could sit across the porch from God, I would thank him for lending me you.The family has set up an account to help with medical/funeral costs.
