Lou Ann Lundell (Lawrence), 67, of North Ogden, UT, passed peacefully on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at the Stonehenge Care Center in South Ogden, UT. She was born on July 8, 1948 in Ogden, UT to Mildred Henderson and Reed Gunnar Lawrence. She graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1966 and later received her Associates Degree from Weber State University. LouAnn loved traveling and could often be found retelling stories of her adventures with friends and family.She married Gary Lundell on October 29, 1976 in the Ogden Utah LDS Temple. Together they made their home in North Ogden where she enjoyed gardening, attending her children’s scholarly and extracurricular events, and spending time with her dog Dylan.A loving wife, mother and grandmother, LouAnn enjoyed the outdoors, camping, crafting, sewing, singing, animals, and spending time with others. Her sense of humor was infectious, and she could often be found singing, sneaking her grandchildren treats, and never missing an opportunity to visit with friends.During her retirement years she enjoyed feeding the birds, besting her competition at bejeweled, striking up conversation with strangers so she could pet their dogs, and spending as much time as she could spoiling her grandchildren.She was very active in the LDS Church and held many callings throughout her life.She is survived by her husband Gary; daughters: Lori Lundell, Colleen (Elijah) Fordham, Holly (Daniel) Rudd, and Jamie (Michael) Horspool and 8 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Peggy (Allen) Johnson and Susan (Steve) Rush and Kevin (Lori) Lawrence. Lou Ann was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services will be held Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11 a.m. at North Ogden 12th Ward 1791 North 600 East, North Ogden, UT. Friends may call on Sunday from 6-8p.m. and Monday from 9:30-10:30a.m. at the Church. Interment will follow at the Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Ogden, UT.
