Donnette Moore Leatham passed away April 27, 2017 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. She was born May 22, 1960 in Ogden, UT to Donald Waddoups and Edna Johnson Moore. She married James Allen Glines Leatham in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. To this union, they were blessed with 3 children. They later divorced.She resided in the Ogden area her whole life and graduated from Ben Lomond High School and Seminary and Weber College. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in the Connecticut Hartford Mission and was an avid Genealogist. In her spare time, she loved to go camping with her kids and cuddling her dogs.\n\nDonnette worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years providing tender care to those she was assigned to serve. She worked the majority of her career at Primary Children’s Medical Center.\n\nThe family would like to express appreciation to Dr. Carl Gray and the staff of Utah Hematology and Oncology and the Staff of the Medical Oncology Unit at McKay-Dee Hospital for the care they provided to Donnette.Donnette is survived by her Children: Quintin Alexander Moore Leatham, Chelsea Marie Leatham, James Allen Moore Leatham; Mother: Edna Johnson Moore; Siblings: Charles Johnson Moore (Sheila Taylor), Mary Jane Stephens (Darren) and Paul Johnson Moore (Marie).Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 11:00a.m. at the Lorin Farr 6th Ward LDS Chapel 770 15th St. Ogden, UT. Viewing will be held Monday from 6-8p.m. and Tuesday from 9:30-10:30a.m. both at the Church. Interment will follow in the Ogden City Cemetery.
