Diane Caldwell, born on September 22, 1946, in the small town of Montpelier, Idaho, was a beacon of light and love in a world that so often needed it. Her journey on this earth was marked by her unwavering spirit of loyalty and compassion, which touched the lives of all those lucky enough to know her. Diane, a retired business owner in the field of cosmetology, was a visionary who pioneered her own path of success. She was not only a talented cosmetologist but also a successful entrepreneur, owning her own beauty shop where she brought joy and confidence to her many clients. Her work was not just a profession, but a testament of her thoughtful and loving nature.
In her leisure, Diane had a penchant for puzzles, playing online games, and indulging in her love for Brit box and Christmas movies. She was an active member of the Eagles {FOE}, where her lively presence and infectious laughter were always welcomed. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of love, kindness, and joy. Diane was a devoted mother, a cherished sister, and a beloved grandmother. She found her true joy in the warmth of her family and friends, to whom she gave her all. Diane’s life was a testament to the LDS verse, "Charity never faileth" (Moroni 7:46); her loving heart was truly her most beautiful attribute.
Diane is survived by her children, Cynthia Caldwell and Guy Caldwell; her sister, Mary Lewis Yorgensen; her grandchildren, Jordan Miller, Chase Boan, Savannah Boan, Courtney Caldwell, and Melanie Wrath; and her step-brother, Fred Sebold. She also leaves behind a legacy of love for her great-grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews, including Rita Powers, Penny Hess, and Trent Sorensen. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron Lewis and Marie Sebold; her siblings, Carol Pitcher, Rita Sibbett, and Evan Lewis.
As we remember and celebrate Diane, we encourage everyone to leave memories and upload photos to the memorial page. It is through these shared emotions and moments that Diane's spirit will continue to live on. Her legacy will be carried forward in the hearts of those she loved and those who loved her. Diane's life was a beautiful journey, and her memory will echo in the halls of time, a testament to a life well-lived.
