Danny Jay Kimber

As Danny's father, I find it incredibly difficult to encapsulate the life of my son, Danny Jay Kimber, in mere words. Born on 11/10/1987, in Ogden, Utah, DJ, as we affectionately called him, was the embodiment of compassion and love. From his birth till his last day on 07/15/2024, he was a beacon of positivity and an adventurous spirit who brought joy to everyone around him.

DJ was a creator at heart, his fingers always itching to craft something beautiful. As an accomplished certified welder, he applied his creativity to his work, transforming metal into beautiful structures. He was an incredibly talented handyman, always ready to fix anything. But it was in his artwork that his creative spirit truly shone through. From his sketches to his leatherwork and tattoos, DJ's art was a testament to his incredible talent and creativity. His love for life was mirrored in his love for all things fast. A motorbike enthusiast, he lived his life at full throttle, the wind in his hair, a smile on his face. Yet, he was also our "horse whisperer," tender and caring with all animals, especially horses.

DJ's love for his loved ones was profound. His son, Stetsen, meant the world to him. He always prioritized the feelings of others, demonstrating his compassionate nature in every interaction. His mother, Diane, and he shared an extraordinary bond, being each other's pride and joy. Although she preceded him in death, their love was a constant in DJ's life. His belief in the Bible guided him, providing him with a sense of purpose and direction. He was a loving, compassionate, and creative soul who lived his life with a sense of adventure and a heart full of love.

DJ was a remarkable man, and his absence leaves a void in our lives that will never be filled. I, his father Kevin, along with the rest of his family and friends, invite all who knew Danny, to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to ours.
