Constance Jean Draper, 70, passed away November 22, 2016 at her home in North Ogden, Utah with family by her side. She was born February 24, 1946 in Reno, Nevada to Silas and Delberta Albee Phillips. She married Bart Hayes Draper July 30, 1988 in Reno, Nevada. During their 29 years of marriage, they traveled the United States together. She spent her early years in Sparks, Nevada. As a young child she would enjoy spending summers visiting her grandparent’s farm in Ohio chasing fireflies. She received her early education at St. Thomas Elementary School and attended Sparks High School and Monogue High School.Connie was a Christian and always attended church as a family growing up. She always enjoyed attending the Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve and would leave at 11:45pm to make sure she was there and on time.She worked most of her adult life taking care of her home and family. It was always her dream to be married and raise a family. She loved to be at home decorating and redecorating. At times when Bart came home from work he wasn’t sure he was in the right house, after she had redecorated that day. Time spent with family was always a priority for her. She loved going to movies and spending time with family on the holidays. It always brought a smile to her face and she would light up knowing she was going to be with family.Connie leaves to honor her legacy her loving husband Bart; children Todd Lee and Brenda Spangler and husband Steven; Step-children: Katrina Taft and husband Lee , Lisa Draper, Tammie Thomson, Branden Draper and wife Angie; Grandchildren Charlie, Hailey, Sarah, Brittney, Cory, Joy, Jessica, Dustyn, Jeromie, Kirk, Stephanie, Kaitlin, Bridgette, Adrienn, Trent, Kory, Ashley, Jaden, Kinley, Aaralynn, and Arabella; Great grandchildren Aiden, Emerson, Josie, Alaina, Rudy, Valentine, Clayre, Devyn, Anaya, Syrus, Berklee, Cambria and Siblings: Terry Phillips and wife Linda and Brian Phillips. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter Jodie Lynn and Sister Debbie.A celebration of life is planned for April, mom’s favorite time of year.
