Alma Vough, 92, passed away February 6, 2018 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. She was born January 20, 1926 in Blackpool, England to Andrew and Mary Ormrod Eastwood. She married Arlo Fay Vough in Nelson England on May 8, 1945. They met while he was serving in the U.S. Army Air Corps. After his service the family reunited in the United States.\n\nShe grew up in Blackpool, England where she received her education. Following her marriage to Arlo they moved to the United States in 1947 where they lived in Bartley, NB for a short time until the family relocated to Kemmerer, WY where she raised her family. Following Arlo’s retirement they moved to Rexburg, ID. Arlo passed away July 1, 2000 in Rexburg, ID. Alma continued to stay in ID until she moved to South Ogden, UT to be closer to family.\n\nAlma worked for the Ford Dealership for many years as a Bookkeeper in Kemmerer, WY. She also enjoyed working for the Senior Center in Rexburg, ID. She enjoyed writing commentaries and submitting them to the Newspaper and was an excellent seamstress. She enjoyed sewing for her Grandchildren and children of her neighbors and friends. She was an excellent cook and was always up for a good game of cards.\n\nShe is survived by her Children: Geoffrey Vough (Mitzi), Robert Vough (Terrina); 6 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Infant Baby Girl Vough, Son Howard Vough.\n\nThe family would like to thank McKay Dee Hospital Respiratory Unit for their care given to Alma. They would also like to thank Brad and Linda Clawson for their love and friendship to Alma.\n\nThe family suggest you honor Alma’s life by doing something nice for someone in need.
